Why Massage? Why Muscle Restoration? There is no doubt that you will get faster, exercise will become easier, and you will become a better athlete because of bodywork. If you can imagine a tight muscle, unable to fully contract at its normal strength and speed, release that muscle by any means and strengthen/engage the right weak ones, imagine how much that one muscle will work better; then think about the rest of your body. The research on the benefits of massage and laser are great, but witnessing it yourself is better. Nothing compares to how fast you can recover and the gains you can make by taking care of yourself. If you’re interested in becoming stronger and faster, look into TRI-Massage, Inc. If you’re investing in proper shoes, bikes, gear, and wish to do this sport for a long time, and feel better, bodywork is a small price to pay to make your body last while preventing injuries in the same time.
